Traditional Dishes with Vegan Options - Edit
This was the most memorable meal we had in Oaxaca. There are four or five vegan entrees on the menu and several vegan drinks. We had the vegan tamale and a vegan squash dish. Wonderful!

Stumbled upon a Michelin restaurant - Edit
First noticed the prices were higher than other restaurants. But when we saw the 2024 Michelin rating, we have it a go. They had about 4-5 vegan dishes. Nicely labeled.
Read moreI got the chickpea taco with the rare agave flower. The flavors were simple and required being invested in the wholesomeness of nature rather than going for bold or delicious. The fresh tortillas were very good. Alex and our wait staff were all fantastic.

This was my favorite non fully vegan restaurant in Oaxaca. Omg everything I tried was amazing! And they have a vegan chocolate cake dessert, too.

The food was so tasty. Service was good. And the drinks had a very flavor profile. The clay dishes were icing on the cake. Added a distinct flavor to anything we had. Highly recommend. I'm vegetarian so got dishes with cheese. Their menu highlights vegan vegetarian gluten etc.
