Vegan and dairy mixed - Edit
They start with a milky base: vegan ice cream, dairy ice cream, or yogurt. They hand-roll it with other ingredients. like fruit, an ice-cold metal surface. Then they place the mixture in a cup. Customers can request unlimited toppings for a fixed price of $9. When I visited last week, in search of a vegan dessert, I noticed significant milky residue on the mixing surface. I asked if the residue was non-dairy and the manager said not necessarily. He told me that many customers have a "mild intolerance" to dairy and don't mind a bit of non-vegan residue. If a customer wants a truly vegan dessert without traces of cow milk, they need to request that the surface be cleaned. He did discard my dessert and made me a new one. Afterward, I sent the shop a Facebook message asking whether this was standard practice and expressing my concern. I didn't hear back.

Multiple vegan options and very kind owner! - Edit
Let's Roll has a few different vegan options to add to the almond based icecream, the owner was super nice, and also open to suggestions. Everything was great, but I was a bit blown away by the price of the one size cup which is $7.
