Let It Bloom cafe has the absolute best vegan food in Valencia!! I had their scrambled tofu along with an order of Spanish Toast and I cannot wait to go back and have that again😄Oh and their croissants are beyond delicious!!!!!! I'm not a coffee drinker but my husband is and he loved his coffee. Everything we ordered tasted incredible especially the sauce they use in the Garbanzo Omelette! They speak Spanish and English and have menus in both languages. The service is top notch and super friendly! There is indoor and outdoor seating - you place your order at the counter and then choose your seating. The vibe is very welcoming and warm😄I highly recommend checking this place out. The quality of the food, the great service and the cute cafe make it the perfect place to enjoy brunch with friends or even just a quick coffee!
