Absolutely fantastic - Edit
Even though we were a big group, the staff made an effort to seat us and was super friendly. We struggled to pick from the menu because everything sounded mouth-wateringly good, but once we ordered the food was brought promptly and was just as delicious as we had expected. We waited a little longer for a croissant as it was made fresh in the oven, and they even brought complementary chocolate energy balls for the wait. Amazing experience all around! 💚

Well presented dishes and variety - Edit
Well presented food that looks delicious and a wide variety of pastries too. Most visitors were English speaking in the early morning and it caters well to those tourists with English on the menu. There are a few tables outside and if you sit inside, when not busy you can use laptops. Service is relatively fast. I liked how the hot chocolate didn’t have sugar but came with a packet to add your own.

The arepa is INSANELY good! I can write a whole epic about this dish, but words really cannot describe this amazing food. I did a happy food dance almost every bite. I must say, I would visit Valencia again only for this arepa. Love love love.
Read moreBut the love continues. The 'marry me' tofu also was a party in my mouth - and yes, I will marry this tofu any day! The quinoa/ sweet potato croquetas were a delight. The croissant was exactly what a croissant should be (flaky, crispy) and the pistache cake hit the sweet spot.
Coffee is perfect. Always a joy when I don't need to add 'with oat milk please'.
Yes I came back a lot for this place. Yes, for the food, but also a big shout out to the staff, they rock this place. Love!

Such a lovely, friendly place! I went there for brunch, and staff are friendly and full of energy, and advised me what I could eat that was gluten free.

I have been a few vegan restaurants so far and Let It Bloom tops them all. From their focus on great service, to the delicious menu prepared by formally trained vegan chef and a barista who is a specialty coffee afficionado and coffee wiz (they both also happen to be the lovely Brazilian owners), this place is a must for any vegans or non-vegans visiting Valencia. I have tried the chickpea omelette and the quinoa and curry croquettes were not only delightful but were also beautiful presented, so they cleary care about their work.

A bright and spacious cafe indoors with a few tables on the terraza. Very friendly and attentive staff. The menu included several tofu options and greens (no junk food vegan burgers). We had the tofu scramble and the flat arepa, plus a sweet treat. We would go back and eat 10 of the flat arepa! Full of flavor and healthy ingredients.

Leckeres veganes Frühstück in der Altstadt. Wir haben uns für ein Omelette und ein Avocado Brot mit scrambled eggs entschieden, was beides sehr lecker war. Das war das beste vegane Omelette, was ich bisher gegessen habe. Der Cappuccino und die heiße Schokolade waren auch sehr lecker und mit insgesamt 27€ ein günstiges Frühstück. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Als das uns das Avocado Brot serviert wurde, kam (wahrscheinlich) der Besitzer an unseren Tisch und entschuldigte sich, dass die Bestellung mit dem Omelette nicht in die Küche gelangt ist, da das Bon Gerät kein Papier mehr hatte und somit unser Essen nicht zusammen serviert werden konnte (was für uns absolut nicht schlimm war). Darauf hin bat er uns neue Getränke an und schenkte uns ein Stück Kuchen als Entschuldigung. 5 Minuten später kam dann auch das überaus gelungene Omlette.
Wir haben uns noch ein Croissant und einen Cookie zum mitnehmen bestellt, beides ebenfalls sehr lecker.
Ein kleines süß eingerichtetes Café mit diy und alternativen Atmosphäre. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Toda la comida súper rica. Pasteles, brunch, café, etc. Fui dos veces durante mientras estaba en Valencia. El tofu scramble muy rico, y la “tortilla” (es más como una tortita salada) también deliciosa. Hay mesas fuera.
