Baguette & a Beer - Edit
They have a baguette on the menu which is vegan and pretty tasty, basically just salad asparagus and olives. Watch out though as the olives had the stones in so I nearly broke my teeth when I took a bite.
Pros: Ideal for a quick lunch while in town
Cons: no outside seating, limited options

Basic - OK Prices - Edit
Menu is in Spanish but there are two Bocadillos (crusty bread sandwiches) stuffed w veggies titled Vegetal & Vegano. Medium size is 3.5€ and tasty. Not overly creative but a nice option.

Perfect for an Italian style breakfast - Edit
This cafè opens at 7:30 am and there you can find a cappuccino made with plant milk, horchata and the plain croissants are vegan too! After 5 pm there's a special price for cappuccino + croissant (about 2,30€). The owner is very kind.
Pros: Maybe the only place for a vegan breackfast in Val, Good price
Cons: Only one vegan sweet
