Excellent burgers and atmosphere - Edit
Not only is the space really enjoyable, the burgers are so tasty too! We had both a beef and a chicken style burger which come with both home-made fries and a salad. Some of the best burgers we've had in a while. There was unfortunately no room for dessert 😔

Great choice of burgers &beer - Edit
We went expecting tapas style eating, but ended up having burgers. The fake chicken burger was surprisingly tasty, and the tofu “fish and chips” burger was delicious. Beer of the moment was delicious, and we couldn’t leave a vegan waffle behind without trying it.

Another restaurant that proves you can enjoy a delicious meal without consuming animal products; we had a fantastic meal! The welcome was pleasant and the service was quick.
Read moreBelow, I've included some very personal comments and suggestions for improvement, but that's because I'm quite demanding. It doesn't detract from the wonderful time I had!
We shared the "Sauvons Willy" and "Dirty B" burgers, and they were both very good.
The fries had an excellent potato flavor. My only complaint is that they could have been crispier, and the portion size was smaller than what you'd find in other restaurants of this type. It's not a big deal, especially if you want to save room for dessert, but perhaps it would be interesting to offer a larger fry option for an extra charge?
A glass of "Graves" red wine was very good and very reasonably priced.
For dessert, I had the "la presque totale" option with brownie, vanilla ice cream, and red berry coulis. I really enjoyed the brownie with its wonderfully fudgy texture. The vanilla ice cream was good too. I just found the red berry coulis, combined with the other two components, made it a bit too sweet. Perhaps offering fresh fruit (either whole or puréed) would provide a better balance.

Belle découverte à côté du marché des capucins! On a testé les Burgers pour le dîner on s’est régalées, avec les Virgin Bloody Mary c’était parfait! Les frittes, les sauces, tout était très bon, jusqu’aux gaufres chocolat du dessert!

Le tout avec un accueil aux petits oignons et un cadre très « tout le monde friendly », la bienveillance et le respect sont la norme, on s’y sent bien! La poule-à-facettes est un bonus rigolo ^^
Seul bémol: on a loupé le brownie les deux fois, zut va falloir revenir ;-)

Read moreI took the dish of the day (roasted seitan & potatoes), it was delicious although I would have loved more sauce and bigger quantity overall. I would suggest adding sides on the menu (like nuggets / skewers etc which are already on the menu in main dishes)!
The dessert, homemade fudgy brownie and ice cream, was absolutely delicious. Strongly recommend !

I took the Chicken Free Burger with fries. Additionally you get a salad, a bottle of water for free and I ordered an alternative Cola ("Breizh Cola"). The burger was very tasty but - believe me! - the fries were spectacular! Price is ok, about 20€ in total.

Read moreIf you don’t know the city, this area doesn’t seem as nice as the more northern parts of the city. From a tourist perspective, so I wouldn’t bother making the journey down. It’s probably not worth it.

Read moreJ'y étais déjà allée quelques fois pour boire un verre et partager une assiette de tapas avec des amies et je m'étais régalée avec un croque, un wrap ou encore un burger. Cette fois, j'ai pu découvrir le brunch du dimanche !
Au menu, une boisson chaude (café ou thé), une boisson froide (jus de fruits), une assiette salée (un duo de toast avec bacon et fromage végétal ainsi que légumes de saison), une assiette sucrée (rose des sables et gaufre) et un pudding de chia avec des fruits frais
L'ambiance est toujours vivante et bienveillante, l'endroit est toujours en activité (exposition, tournoi de mario kart, karaoké) et la nourriture est simple et délicieuse, si vous avez envie de passer un bon moment, je vous recommande fortement l'endroit !
Pros: Le staff est adorable , Lieu très vivant, Prix plus que correct

I chose to try the brunch, consisting of :
- coffee or tea, fruit juice, a sweet and savory plate
Sweet plate:
A chocolate rose des sables, a granola dessert with strawberries and raspberries
A homemade sugar waffle
Savory plate:
Potato rosties, runny cheese, lard de la vie
Generous slices of bread with pinched seasonal vegetables
Hot or cold comfort food according to the chef's whim
And I added the big vegan burger to fill the brunch, with a reworked addict steak, vegan cheddar and served with home fries.
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I had the opportunity to chat at length with the manager and chef, and they proudly displayed the happycow sticker on the front of the restaurant, just like the other restaurants I visited in Bordeaux.
The decoration is very inclusive and shows a very festive place and a place of meeting and sharing not to be missed in Bordeaux!
In short, a must-visit inclusive vegan street food spot in Bordeaux.

Les preuves du contraire est un super bar entre le marché des Capucins et Saint-Michel. Il est accueillant et on s'y sent immédiatement bien, car l'équipe est très sympa. Le cadre est très sympa, souvent agrémenté d'exposition engagée.
