Delicious homemade lebanese vegan options

Father and son cook and serve together in this authentic Lebanese restaurant.
Their focus isn't on the decoration of the place but rather on the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
You can eat in or out, either a simple "sandwich" with excellent bread or a warm coucous or even a variety of delicious dishes included in the mezze.
The menu specifies a vegetarian couscous but it is actually vegan.
The vegetarian mezze only has one non vegan item, and they will swap it out for you.
The vegetarian sandwich is also actually vegan.
