I went for a day trip to Baux de Provence and never thought we would be lucky enough to find a place like this for lunch-totally vegan food. We had everything on the menu (tapas style) and loved it all. The food was unique-not trying to be a vegan version of anything and no fake meats/fishes. Just delicious veggies and nut cheeses/sauces with great tastes. The ambience was also charming-highly recommend this place!

After weeks in France the very best - Edit
After being in France for a few weeks we were so happy to find this place. They were so welcoming. They let us sit and wait until they opened. The plate had 7 items all unique, all very fresh and delicious. We also had local organic beer and wine and delicious juice combo. A little out of the way but as a tourist you may stop in this hilltop castle village.

Stunning little restaurant with such friendly staff using locally sourced raw and vegan food served in a mixed plate. Exquisite food beautifully presented and explained. So good I went for a walk and then came back for a cafe gourmand with a fabulous selection of deserts.

Great surprise -- I believe this was the only full vegan option open when we visited les Baux-de-provence and les "Carrieres de lumieres" (do it!).

There was no menu when we went there -- everybody got the "tasting platter" which had a lot of different food and was very filling. Definitely a great way to introduce people to raw vegan cooking.. The deserts were really good too.

Had a lovely lunch at Les Baux Jus! Definitely worth a visit. They offer a menu which consists of delicious small dishes. Don't forget to try one of the delicious desserts! everything is raw as well as plant based. Very friendly service.

Des jus et des smoothies très bons. Les assiettes découvertes sont bien garnies et offrent pleins de saveurs différentes et fraîches. Il y a une petite assiette pour les enfants (quasiment la même que celle des grands). Les enfants ont aussi adoré.

Petit resto sympa dans la ville des Baux de Provence. Jolie terrasse avec une belle vue. Il y a seuleument 1 plat donc pas de choix mais c’est très très bon! (Big up à leur « fromage » de cajou trooop bon) L’accueil était très sympas.

Rien a dire. Un délice du jus au dessert ✨Jus carotte/orange/gingembre exquis, le plat du jour à beau être composé de légumes et de fruits il reste très complet et cale plutôt bien!! Quand au brownie en dessert grosse surprise!! Je m'attendais à quelque chose qui n'ait pas forcément le goût d'un brownie mais ça a vraiment le goût d'un gâteau. Le tout sans gluten ✨ Merci beaucoup pour cette expérience, ma famille n'est pas vegan et elle a adoré!!
