Didn't know what vegan was - Edit
Had a few vegetarian options on the menu but the staff seemed surprised that a vegan wouldn't eat that. Could remove cheese from a starter salad to make a vegan option but nothing else. We left without eating.

Les archives qui avant était un restaurant de bonne qualité (toujours trop cher pour ce qu'il proposait) est maintenant un restaurant moyen voir mauvais. La dernière fois que je suis venue on m'a servi du riz juste cuit avec des petits pois cela pour 20€

Un peu d'équilibre ne nuirait pas - Edit
On trouve entre autres une salade "veggie" qui est végane. Un vegan averti qui fait attention à son alimentation n'y trouvera pas son compte : on y trouve de la salade,de l'huile d'olive,des crudités, et une sorte de ratatouille froide... Ça manque de glucides, ça manque de protéines,et c'est dommage, surtout pour quasi 20 euros.
Read moreLe point positif malgré tout : maintenant j'appelle avant et je leur demande d'ajouter des légumineuses et/ou des pommes de terre vapeur ou sautées. Le patron est toujours ok pour adapter à la demande.
Pros: Possibilité de faire adapter son plat, Produits frais et de qualité
Cons: Les plats végétaliens manquent d'équilibre , Pas de dessert vegan
