Vegan Baguette & Fresh Juices - Edit
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars, is beacuse the app doesn't let me, but Les Amis is definitely a 5 star kind of place.
Read moreWhile this place doesn't have a lot of vegan options, they do have a delicious vegan baguette and tons of freshly squeezed juices.
Aside from the food, Tony (the owner) is someone you have to meet. He's the heart of that place and will definitely make you feel at home.

Owner was extremely welcoming. There are a few vegan options listed on the menu, but as soon as I said I was vegan he offered even more options and the soy chorizo, vegan cheese, crunchy greens and avocado topped with sesame seeds on a fresh baguette was amazing.

The pancakes are really bad… - Edit
The owner is friendly. But their vegan pancake game is trash. First order was still raw inside. Second time they threw it again into the pan and just destroyed them. Then they made me another order that were again liquid inside.

The Best Vegan in PDC - Edit
I absolutely loved dining at Les Amis. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who was above and beyond kind and friendly. He made extra smoothie and waited for me to drink half the glass so he can give me all the extra, and it was super delicious.
Read moreI ordered the vegan Molletes which comes on in-house fresh baked bread by the gentleman I mentioned, and wow! For something that looks so simple, it packed all the flavor and heft that kept me going all day long. It’s also cheap eats, so all around you can’t go wrong with this amazing, fresh, and inviting spot for your vegan lunch. I’d give it 5 stars if the app would allow.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by the friendliest man!!! His name is Tony and he makes you feel very comfortable. The began baguette is very yummy and filling and the size of the juice was HUGE! And it was delicious too. This guy obviously loves what he does, another lady served me too who was extremely kind and friendly.

Amazing vegan baguette - Edit
The vegan baguette is sooooo good. We went back trice, lol. Owner is a very passionate man which makes it a even better experience. The juices are HUGE (if you're a couple I would advise to share one) and they are exactly how you want them to be: only fresh fruits and vegetables. Love this place so much and would highly recommend.

The vegan baguette here is everything you want out of a lunch: it’s enough food to keep you fully satisfied until dinner, but it’s not heavy and all the ingredients you can feel good about. You’ve got chorizo, fresh avocado, mushrooms, sesame seeds, onions, and more all on a tasty fresh-made baguette. The owner brings you a bunch of options for sauces, including a big jar of vegan mayo, and he’s a super nice guy as well.

the juices are served in a BIG jar and they’re delicious. The vegan baguette was very good, too. They even got vegan mayo to dip. You also get a small fruit plate. There are no prices on the menu, but in total we paid 440MX$, which was totally fine.

We picked some baguettes up before a trip. The baguette was super fresh and tasty and the filling was so balanced and just 😋. Can’t say a lot about sitting in, but the place did seem a little hectic and busy. We waited 15min to get our to-go order and had the feeling that was pretty fast for them. Since it was the best baguette we had so far, I definitely recommend to try the place. Other great places for vegan breakfast are fresco habito and corazon contento.

Yummy Baguettes, slow breakfast service - Edit
Went one morning while visiting Playa the food was good but unfortunately the service lacked that day which was surprising based on other reviews I read leading us here.
Read moreWe asked if they had lattes and were told yes but was given a coffee with a tray of various cold milks (the one vegan option was basically empty). The server came out with the fresh baguettes to show us and they smelled amazing and would for sure get that again.
But unfortunately one of our three meals didn’t come out with the other two. After waiting some time we informed them we were still waiting on the third dish and by the time it came out we were basically finished ours. With the delayed dish they asked if we wanted Pico de Gallo (which it said it came with on the menu) while surprised that it was not with the dish we said yes. Then we waited another extended amount of time before having to ask the server again which they told us they had forgot and by the time it arrived the meal was cold.
While we got the third meal they gave us the three complementary desserts that the sandwiches come with. It was a piece of cheese cake which we had to ask and were informed that they were not vegan. When two of us ordered full vegan meals it would have been nice to have an alternative or know in advance rather be given something that we would not eat. I was surprised to see a vegan sandwich accompanied with a non vegan dessert.
