Authentic Bombayite restaurant - Edit
Staff happy to identify dishes with no dairy, plenty to chose from. Veg tawa was exceptional. Yellow dhal great. Portion size generous. Roti were big. Veg Sizzler a good combo. Garlic sauce had butter but served on the side.

Incredible Old Good Times brought to us from past! Worth sitting down to enjoy the atmosphere with some food! Veg burger was nice, only the bread should've been better. Prices are partly three times more than normally. Would rather give it 2,5 x $.

Food poisoning - Edit
The staff struggled to understand what I meant by vegan so I ended up saying I was vegetarian and allergic to milk to make sure that what I was getting was vegan, but they did try their best to inform me on what I could eat. I ended up getting a stir fry with tofu, which was ok but not great. It was also expensive for India

I admit the food is delicious but it is not cheap as stated in description - it is definitely $$$. If you are Shantaram fan - than it is a must-visit place for you.

The food tasted great but it took a while until we could find something that could be made vegan. The waiter had to go 3 times to the kitchen to ask what could be prepared without dairy.
