Nice alternative to normal fast food - Edit
We ate several times at Leon in our time in London and they have 3 vegan rice boxes, as well as a vegan Falafel/Sweet Potato Wrap. Also, you can have fries, a salad or flatbreads as well as several vegan sauces as a side. They also would have a vegan burger, which unfortunately was never available when we were there. The food is ready really fast but also delicious and filling. It's a great alternative to normal fast food and surely a bit healthier.

LEON has a good number of vegan options, plus the restaurant has seating for studying and charging phones etc. My food was filling, but not the tastiest. Maybe some of the other options like the wings are better but didn’t try those.
