For me my always go to option at Stansted together with Itsu! I love their porridge and vegan boxes. Always consistent.

Vegan breakfast at the airport - Edit
Of course this is nothing too healthy or special, but we were happy to have a vegan breakfast before our flight. My husband had the vegan sausage muffin (similar to a burger) and liked it a lot, and I had the hash browns which were simple but perfect. Our drinks were good as well. So for fast food and airport food, this was a nice meal.

I got a cappuchino - which was okay- and the vegan sausage muffin - terrible, just a pinch of ketchup, a third of a leaf and the patty. The patty was okay, but the "muffin" with almost nothing left then the patty wasn't really nice. I would recommend going somewhere else. Maybe the othef option are better

Had the burger and it is a bit tasteless and small, yet expensive. The cakes as well are so tiny for the price. I’d recommend going pret or itsu instead.

Airplane travel has always been a horrible experience and now with covid it’s truly horrible. At least we have vegan junk food at airports. Leon are getting better as they used to be terrible.
