Excellent and inventive vegan food in a very friendly non-veg restaurant - Edit
L'Envol is not a vegan restaurant but it offers animal-product free dishes on demand (book beforehand). I was impressed by the tailor-made menu (i.e., not only sides, but proper dishes), as it was very tasteful (veggies, spices, fresh herbs, etc.). It was more inventive than most of the vegan restaurants I already visited!
Read moreFurthermore, the restaurant is very much involved in a social and environmentally-friendly approach (organic/local/seasonal food, zero waste, no delivery with mainstream companies foreseen, etc.). Although organic, etc. l'Envol is still providing a very good value for money. Highly recommended!
