Great spot for some authentic Swedish food - Edit
Very impressed with our "lunch take away" meal. Consisted of a soup, salad, beet root patty (think kind of a meatloaf) and porridge (made from millet)
Pros: very hearty and filling
Cons: not food you can eat on the go

Not innovative but not bad - Edit
The lunch here is inexpensive and you can have a fair portion of food (including a salad, a soup and a main dish). The place is relatively small and inside an health food store (which is not entirely vegan). The food is not bad but lacks originality. You can do this at home and they didn't have vegan desserts. Go there if you're in the area but there are better place to eat vegan in Stockholm.
Pros: vegan, inexpensive, fair portions
Cons: very basic food

Cheap and delicious - Edit
This is tucked away, overlooking a health food shop. The man preparing and serving the food was incredibly welcoming and friendly and explained all of the menu to us. The menu is quite simple but is delicious, healthy food. Considering the prices of other places in Stockholm, this is very cheap for the quality of food, with the set menu being very good value.
We visited in July 2014 and do hope that the same man is still working here!
Ps. If you are travelling on a budget, we also recommend Hermitage, an absolutely delicious and healthy buffet in the Old Town.

Good choice in the area - Edit
The restaurant is located upstairs in a health shop. It is only open during lunch hours. The food is inexpensive, vegan and mostly raw food is served.
This is a very expensive part of town, so this is a good budget alternative during lunch. It is much cheaper than the nearby Irtagården.
The health shop is located right by the big square. If you go by metro then you should hop off at Östermalmstorg.
