Good find - Edit
We were driving down the highway and hungry. Checked HappyCow and found this sushi and Thai restaurant. Gave it a shot based on previous reviews. The place was busy, but we managed to find a spot at the sushi bar. I enjoyed what I had. Food is presented nicely. Service was Plaza and accommodating.
Read moreThe menu list several vegetarian items. I didn’t see anything marked again. I asked and was told that they could make many of the items vegan. Our server pointed me to the stirfry and vegetarian sushi rolls. 
Pros: How many items can be made vegan, Good service, A number of vegan options available

There is a large selection of vegan sushi rolls, they are all very delicious and you can ask for vegan spicy mayo. They have amazing fried rice and pad see ew. I was told their miso soup was vegan as well and it was good.

Great vegan options - Edit
They have a section of vegetarian sushi rolls that are delicious! If you tell them you’re vegan, they’ll add a vegan spicy mayo upon request. Their pad Thai is also great and can be made vegan. I’ve not tried anything else, but they have plenty of tofu curry options and the staff is very accommodating when you say you’re vegan!

The chef came out and asked if I was vegan - Edit
I personally had a great experience here, but I could easily see others not. The menu isn’t clear about what’s vegan and there’s a lot of animal products on the menu.
Read moreOn the other hand, my experience was great. We ordered two vegetarian rolls without spicy mayo. The chef shortly came out to ask if we were vegan, because he makes his own vegan spicy mayo for customers. Just an awesome move.
The food was great, too! I’ll definitely be returning based on this experience alone!
Pros: Several vegetarian options easily made vegan, Great service
Cons: Lots of animal products on the menu, No strictly vegan options
