My husband and I love this place. He still eats meat but when eating here, he doesn't even bother with the meat sselection. The servers make a great sauce that goes great on top of the noodles and veggies. They have a fried tofu that's really good. And a big selection of leafy greens plus other veggies such as potatoes, corn, and cauliflower. And a few options for noodles.

Unique experience - Edit
It's a unique eating experience. You get a pot of your choice of broth and go pick out your veggies, proteins, noodles, and sauces. I appreciate that they keep the veggies and veg*n proteins separated from the meats. Be warned that there is a section full of all raw meats and seafood which is pretty repulsive to look at (and smell), so if you're very sensitive to these things this may not be the best place to eat at. Veggie options include different types of tofu, wheat gluten, and assorted bean curds. The only vegan dessert is fruit.
