Lots of options! - Edit
This restaurant has two locations. There are lots of vegetarian/vegan items on the menu. Many of the non-veg items have options to make them veg. And most items can be made gluten-free. I got the vegan mushroom artichoke "cheesesteak" sandwich on GF hoagie type bread - SO delicious!!!

I had the hatch burger and it was AMAZING. The tomato basil soup is the best I ever had. I normally don’t get impossible burgers because other places make it so plain - not this one. 10/10 recommend. I wish there were protein options for tacos and sandwiches but the food was delicious none-the-less.

I hosted a group of about 12 here, and everyone was quite pleased with their meals. The flavors are great, and presentation is beautiful. This location has a larger menu than the downtown location and later hours, too!
