Exciting way to spend a few hours - Edit
Well worth the visit, I wish I was local! The shop really has everything you need..with a wide variety of ingredients/food/household products/t-shirts etc etc, almost all vegan and eco friendly, over 2 floors!!
Read moreDon't skip the cafe - they have an extensive drinks menu (including matcha), cakes and pastries and hot food. I tried their enormous croissants which were delicious, and the Meadow Fog (a milky earl grey with the most amazing floral flavour). If you like soy milk in your drinks, strangely they don't have it, but they do have oat and pea milk. The staff are really cool and friendly, what a great vibe!!

Wish I lived closer - Edit
Reminds me so much of Rice Up in town 😭 great concept and lovely staff, I loved the aesthetic of the place and we enjoyed our sausage rolls and cake from the cafe. Was very tempted by the pick n mix and the mini eggs. Wall of dog photos is also 10/10

Refill shop + dog friendly vegan cafe! - Edit
Our first visit was on probably their busiest day of the year - they had their first vegan market, so we'll have to come back for a more relaxed experience. Despite this, the staff were really helpful and friendly.
Read moreImpressed by the extensive range of zero-waste refill options (mostly vegan) and the menu for the cafe looked amazing. The matcha latte was great, as was this HUGE filled chocolate croissant.
Dog friendly downstairs in the cafe but not the refill area or upstairs.
Pros: Fully vegan, Dog friendly, Sustainable

Lovely refill shop & cafe - Edit
Sustainable, eco-friendly shop in Romsey, walkable from the Ganger Farm Parkrun. Plenty of options for refills and shopping.
Read moreInside the industrial area and walkable from the roads that run alongside the housing estate. They’re dog friendly too.
Had a lovely latte, but my pastry was supposed to be cream-filled and I think I got the dud as it was empty. Probably a one-off though!

Simply the best: Top notch zero waste store and café run by a charming crew - Edit
This large store is filled, literally from floor to lofty ceiling, with a carefully selected stock of vegan food, household items and gifts. The core of the store is the refill, with pulses, spices, herbs and much more. But there is much more besides, from recyclable/compostable dishcloths, to sustainable notebooks. The café is great, especially the mezzanine area.
Read morePros: Helpful and welcoming staff., Very wide stock, Relaxing atmosphere
Cons: The price of some items raises an eyebrow.

Best hot choc in Hampshire! - Edit
I love this place, it’s so relaxed and the cake selection is amazing. The red velvet might be my favourite ever. I go there a lot for the hot choc and it really is the best you can buy in Hampshire. The sausage rolls are epic too, also they’ve started doing some very tasty sarnies!

The cafe is fully vegan but the shop isn’t so there is dairy chocolate, my husband didn’t realise this at first lol.
Pros: The cafe is solely plant based., Cakes are delish, Best hot choc
Cons: The cafe is vegan but the shop is not , In an industrial estate

I have been going to lemon & jinja since the very first day they opened and they have been my favourite shop ever since. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and Jess the owner has done such a wonderful job of designing and creating such a great atmosphere in the shop and cafe. Overwhelmed with the vegan options. - Edit
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful showing us around the shop explaining the options and products. The Vanilla Cinnamon Swirl and Oatmilk Latte were as good as I’ve had. They stock Kinda Co Vegan Cheese which is great. Such a hidden gem 👌 Its a yes from me
