Average compared to similar local restaurants - Edit
Came here for something a bit different, and really enjoyed the general atmosphere. The food is reasonable, lots of sauce for the amount of veggies/tofu that comes with it, which i found to be a bit swamping. Spice level is overwhelmingly stronger than what it states, so be aware of that. Vegan options aren’t clearly labelled, so it’s best to request ‘vegan’ when ordering. In conclusion i feel like Coco & Rum in Saltburn is a better local alternative for the type of cuisine.

Really tasty, a proper treat! - Edit
Orderd on Justeat...about an hour on a Saturday night which was expected.
Read moreWe had the spring rolls and tempura veg as starters, both absolutely gorgeous.
Tofu and veg green curry and tofu veg noodles for mains plus extra chips and mushroom rice was all really lovely too.
Would recommend if you're after something abit different.
Price has always out us off before.
Came to £45 for the whole order but that included the Justeat fees and delivery.
We definitely felt it was worth it as a really lovely treat and a celebration meal for some good news! Will be back.
Pros: Super tasty, Loads of veg in each portion
Cons: Nothing clearly labelled vegan

Thai'm you tried this place out ... - Edit
From word of mouth we knew it served vegan options, so don't be put off by the fact there's no mention of a vegan option on their website or even on the menu when you sit down. When we spoke to the waitress, she explained the chef cooks everything fresh, has vegan sauces, vegan pastes and can make almost any dish with either tofu, vegetables or both on request. Also that we didn't have to go by the 'chilli rating' either as the chef can make each dish as spicy as we'd like, and they did just that ...
Read moreThere are several menus to choose from:
Main menu: With dishes 56 different starters, mains and side dishes available. Starters are under £5, soups at £6'ish, mains between £10 and £11 with fish at £12. Ask for vegan and they drop to the veggie price of £8 to £9. Sides are 32 to £4.
Lunch Special Menu: 2 courses for £8.95, 3 for £9.95.
Tea Time Special Menu: 2 courses for £10.95, 3 for £11.95.
We chose the Tea Time Special Menu asking for everything to be vegan .
Spring Rolls: The Spring Rolls were just what I'd expect and with their sweet chili sauce, they did not disappoint.
Tom Kha Kai: The star of the show was the Tom Kha Kai - Hot and sour mushroom soup with Thai herbs in coconut milk. It was really nice and I'd have gladly had it as a main.
T1 Paneang Curry: For mains we chose the T1 Paneang Curry, which is normally rated as '1 chilli' but we asked for it with a rating of '5 chillies'. With its fine beans, lime leaves, chilli, red peppers, green peppers and creamy coconut sauce, they nailed the spice. It was hot and spicy but not to the point where it ruined the flavour. Accompanied with boiled rice it was creamy, spicy and perfect.
T3 Pad Med: Next was the T3 Pad Med, a stir fry (where they replaced the oyster sauce with a vegan sauce) of garlic, onion, red peppers, green peppers, carrot, spring onion and cashew nuts. Accompanied by sticky rice I wondered how it would taste without using oyster sauce but it was really nice and something I'd have again.
All washed down with Thai beer, it was a really nice meal.
We will be back to try out the rest of the dishes as the chef did a superb job of making really delicious vegan thai food.
Pros: Nearly every dish can be made vegan, Good value for money, Incredible flavour
Cons: Menu doesn’t say what is vegan
