Not clearly labeled and kinda rude staff - Edit
Be careful when ordering! There is a sign outside that lists all the different flavours, vegan and non-vegan. However, that is just what they offer in total, but they don't have everything on the list every day. I spotted hazelnut and pistacchio on the vegan list and ordered that, then it turned out that the pistacchio and hazelnut they had on offer that day was dairy. Turned out they had a small sign on the counter listing all the vegan flavours they had THAT DAY, but it was turned sideways which is why I didn't see it. I asked the woman behind the counter why it was listed as vegan outside and she told me that the sign stated that they had changing flavours. I let her know that that I found that very misleading and she was actually quite rude about it and made me feel like it was my fault. She couldn't see why that could be confusing. The thing is that they offer some flavours in dairy and vegan version, but not everything every day. But I personally don't read what dairy ice cream a shop has to offer, I only read the vegan list. So I didn't know that there could be two versions. I was quite disappointed about the experience to be honest because I was treated in a rude way. I ordered a different ice cream then and didn't have to pay for it. But honestly I would have preferred to be treated more kindly and with more understanding and paying twice. The ice cream was okay but not the best I ever had. I would opt for different shops in the future
