Great bagels and cream cheese

I’ve had several bagels from lefty’s and find them fantastic. They have vegan cream cheese I can tell is house made. Very tangy and flavorful. They have a coffee bar with non dairy milks.

Aren’t all of their bagels dipped/prepared in honey water? I thought I read this on their Insta account…

I confirmed that this morning. Boiled in honey water. The owner is super-nice, been vegetarian for a long time. The space is great. But, sadly, if you don’t do honey, the bagels are NOT vegan. :-(
