Great Falafel Bowl - Edit
I've had the falafel bowl here a few times and it is delicious. Lots of great flavours and the falafels are really good. The nutritional yeast dressing is SO delicious. It does have feta cheese on it, so ask without to make it plant-based. They also have a Thai bowl and a couple salads on the menu that are all plant-based.

Not great - Edit
Restaurant tucked into the corner of a small strip mall. Patio was nice. The menu has NO vegan specific meals. Vegetarian items are clearly marked, which could be made vegan by removing dairy/egg. Does have vegan cheese.
Read moreI ordered the Hipster Sandwich and subbed the cheese. The basil pesto was replaced with a pasta sauce and not enjoyable. Fries were good. We were told the falafel burger was vegan but you would need to sub out the brioche bun.

Tasty Falafel Bowl - Edit
Not a lot of vegan options at Lefty’s, but sometimes one tasty dish will do the job. The falafel bowl (ordered without feta) has a great assortment of textures and flavors. It features kale, red cabbage, roasted peppers, and grape tomatoes, rice, cucumber, edamame, and pickled onions. What brings it together is the nutritional yeast-based hollyhock dressing. I’ve never had the dressing before, but it is so good, that I need to try to make it.

Not friendly or accommodating at all - Edit
If you want an anxiety-inducing and judgmental experience, check them out. Absolutely not vegan friendly. Huge hassle to get a vegan burger and then when we went to eat it, it had cheese. Just don’t bother.

Mediocre with not many vegan options - Edit
I had a not-so-great experience with the kitchen not being particularly knowledgeable about /flexible for vegans. There seems to be a lot of vegetarian options but the kitchen made it a difficult task to adapt them to vegan, despite the description saying they could adapt many of the vegetarian dishes. Also, that coconut cream pie in the picture is NOT vegan, as the server so rudely told me at the end of our meal. All in all, wouldn’t go back. I’d rather travel out of QB and find somewhere else that is more amenable and has kinder servers.
