Vegan Tofu Soup - Edit
The Vegan Mushroom Tofu Soup is good. Just make sure to tell the waiter you want it to be vegan and they will make adjustments. It doesn't say vegan on the menu, but it definitely can be.

I can't confirm that they have just one option! They had a good variety of different options that could be veganized and it wasn't hard to communicate at all. I had the cold vegan bibimbap and my husband had the fried rice. Both were delicious! To me the best vegan food we had in Valencia.

Maybe for your experience it was different but mine was exactly as I mentioned so don't discount someone else's experience.

Admittedly it's a meat restaurant, but Valencia doesn't have many options for vegans, so I wanted to add this one as an option. The vegan bibimbap on the menu shows a photo of an egg on it. We asked the waitress for tofu instead and made clear we didn't want any meat, fish or eggs, she understood and it came out great. No hint of any meat. They serve it in an enormous stone bowl that must start out at 1000 degrees, it was about 20 minutes before it cooled down enough to eat. Fun. The Kimchi tofu soup came in a similar bowl bubbling for 2-3 minutes until it cooled down. Sometimes at Asian restaurants I can taste the meat flavor from the pans they use, but I didn't taste any meat here.
Read moreA different waitress brought us some appetizers that came to the table even though we didn't order them. Some pickled cucumbers, kimchi, bean sprouts in little dishes and then there were two other dishes, one with.a hard boiled egg in it, once with tiny pieces of something that I think were fish. We told the waitress we were vegan and she took them away. It was ok.
The food was good and so far the only Asian food we found that was any good in Valencia.
Our daughter notes the air is not vegan there, as there seemed to be quite a few tables ordering slabs of meat. But that's the world we live in...
Pros: Good Asian food!
Cons: Restaurant serves meat, Have to verify the vegan dish will be vegan
