There are more or less 4 dishes that are vegan or can be made vegan with minor modifications.
Read moreI had the Courgette, the dish was actually nothing special, it is marked as a main dish but looks more like a refined side dish (it was just vegetables!!).
At the beginning of the meal some kind of bread was offered, served with a very good chickpea cream.
