Lebanon's Cafe
Serves meat, vegan options available. Standard Middle Eastern fare ( hummus, falafel, baba ganuj, tabouli) but punctuated with more regional favorites like bathenjan, faul and musaha. Cheap veg sandwiches and more expensive entrees that come with salad (with vegan dressing), hummus and pita (choice of whole wheat or white). Try the Lebanese iced tea, sweetened or unsweetened flavored with rose water and pine nuts. Relaxed atmosphere. Open daily.

Great choice for anyone, including vegetarians - Edit
I've never been disappointed by Lebanon's. Far and away my favorite middle eastern food in New Orleans. Their humus and pita is outstanding. Falafels are recommended as well. By now, I can recommend almost anything on the menu right down to the tea and baklava. Good place to soak in that nola riverbend atmosphere.
Pros: Excellent food, Vegetarian options, Good service
Cons: Sometimes crowded

EXCELLENT - Edit
This has been my favorite spot in the last 10 years I have been living in New Orleans. The food is excellent, a lot of vegetarian options like somosas, vegetable platters etc. The falafel, humus, eggplant dips, tabouleh great too.
Pros: Price is right, Great Food, Great Ambiance
