Pick up some vegan staples - Edit
Great things to get here are tempeh, vegan yogurt, organic vegetables and juices, all kinds of flours, pates, some vegan cosmetics, cleaning products, laundry detergent (read labels to make sure they are vegan), chocolates, cookies, gluten free products, pastas, and a lot more. I think the prices are slightly better than in Geneva and there is a different selection of foods available. If coming from Geneva take nr. 61 at Cornevin and get off at Annemasse Poste. Make sure to buy French bus tickets at the border.
