Service is always friendly.
Food is always served quickly and super fresh.
If you go at lunch during the week, expect a small wait as it's a very popular spot.
There is no parking on site, but there are paid parking lots close, so plan ahead.

Wonderful food with probably the best service (for a comparable establishment) in the city. DJ Lee is super friendly and all the vegan Bahn mi’s are great, especially the “chicken” one and the one with avo paste. The vegan salads are surprisingly large and filling. Definitely check this place out. They have some delicious fresh squeezed juice too.

Le Vietnam have a huge range of vegan Banh Mi. It’s so impressive that the owner creates his own vegan meats too, often spending many weeks developing them until they are perfect. The new vegan pastrami Banh Mi is amazing, the pastrami is so realistic and full of flavour!

I enjoy visiting this store and their Yagan Square store. Staff recognise you and are always welcoming and friendly. They gave my mother a glass of water when she was sick and checked in on her as her medicine started to work. They know me by name at both stores. Highlights include their spicy vegan rolls, coconut Vietnamese iced coffee, vegan rendang rolls and vegan cheesy chicken rolls. If you want a lighter option they have tofu salads and vegan steamed buns. Peach iced tea is great too!

This has to be one of the best vegan options for lunch in Perth. The owner is a savvy gentleman who has hit the nail on the head here with quick and delicious. The bread rolls are fresh and the fillings have serious depth. My mouth is watering as I write this.
