Easy to order vegan at popular food truck - Edit
I've eaten at Le Truck several times, and have always been impressed and satisfied (sometimes overfilled) by the food. Sometimes vegan specials are offered, otherwise the Street Noodles can be made vegan upon request (rice noodles, mushrooms, delish sauce), and mushroom tacos are always available. Owner Adam has worked as a vegetarian chef with a strong veg following, and owner Raven is quite fluent with vegan needs. Both will accommodate any time, even during the busiest of rushes. Le Truck can be quite busy and in-demand, though hours are unpredictable and vary.
Pros: Gourmet vegan food truck options, Easy accommodations, Vegans are very welcome!
