Fantastic desserts and cakes - Edit
Almost all desserts at Le Très Superbe are vegan, with the only exception being the waffles.

This is, by far, the best choice for vegan cakes in Chartres.
The staff was friendly and the eat-in space on the 1st floor is also quite pleasant.
Note that they also have vegan food: a savory waffle and a vegan wrap (at least).
The staff mentioned that the wraps sell out quickly so unless you're going early, they recommend giving them a call to reserve one for you.

Dans une ville qui semble manquer cruellement d’options vegan, cet endroit est comme une oasis dans le désert ! Tout est délicieux, le salé, le sucré et pour couronner le tout le personnel est adorable !
