Options are few - Edit
The bread is good, but the day I went there were only two vegan options available: baguettes and a rye loaf, which can be found anywhere. It’s simply a bakery and doesn’t stand out from any of the myriad others in Nagoya.

Some of the best bread in Nagoya! High quality and baked fresh daily.

For vegans the bagels, soft pretzels and olive bread sticks are all great choices (the olive breads are my favourite).
The square loaves contain milk, but the baguettes and many round loaves such as the rye bread do not.
