Very basic limited vegan proposal. - Edit
I'm always happy when a restaurant has a vegan option, now unfortunately it doesn't get any attention at all which is unfortunate.
Read moreThis is basically a meat burger place.There is some mention of salad bar on the outside, now no vegan salad on the menu.
The people are friendly, the decoration inside and The Beatles music gives it a nice environment.
For the food, the majority of burger on the menu are meat.
When I saw what looked like 5 vegan burger choices, this looked great.
Now, after asking since it is not indicated, the Mary Jane Kelly, Millers Court and Basil Tahbone are vegetarian burger, not vegan.
Out of the 5, only 2 are vegan, the Queen Mum (although it looks like containing something from a goat...) and the Colonel Moran (based on tofu).
No vegan desserts and no plant based milk for coffee.
So for us, overall it was a very limited vegan experience and this is for the moment a mainly meat place unfortunately.
You can also only pay with cash, no cards accepted.
Pros: Nice inside decoration, Helpful staff
Cons: Not really vegan friendly, Very limited choice, Only cash

I was not expecting to find a place where they'd understand the word "vegan" but they totally do. They have several vegan options and even offer to veganize whatever you fancy from the menu. I had the courgette burger and it was nice; so was the aubergine (...took a bite of my partner's plate)

Lot veggie/vegan options - Edit
This restaurant is mostly meat burgers but they have at least one page with veggie meal (pasta, quorn,...) and also not 4 but 5 different veggie burgers at their menu (Tofu, carott, zucchini, eggplant...). Great place to share a meal with non-veggie & veggie friends.

'Homemade' veggie burgers - Edit
As an American from veg-friendly Austin, I had to wait 10 years to get a veggie burger in Mons - Sherlock delivered! I would have (unhappily) settled for a store-bought (Garden burger-like) patty, but Sherlock Holmes delighted me with their homemade carrot-burger patty. Served with a ton of fries, by the way.
