Friendly staff & solid food - Edit
There aren't any clearly marked vegan dishes in the menu. I ordered the Pad Thai with Tofu, which was quite tasty. Make sure to ask them to not put any eggs in if you're vegan. The place and its food has a fast food vibe so don't expect anything too fancy.

Kind staff and delicious food - Edit
Despite not having a lot of options, this is one of the few restaurants in the surrounding area where there are vegan options on the menu. The owner knows what vegan means (which is surprisingly rare in France, it seems) and does not make a fuss about it.
