This a chain that is everywhere in Paris. They offer a lot of vegan options, which are clearly marked. Their food is delicious and healthy.
Pros: lots of options, healthy food, open on sundays!

Excellent little restaurant - Edit
We ate here on our recent Paris trip and were happy to find several vegan dishes, including a flavorful chili bean bowl and a vegan pot-au-feu which was really tasty. The location felt like a real residential neighborhood although it is just behind the Jardin du Grand Palais and a short distance from the Louvre.
Pros: delicious vegan dishes, good value, convenient location
