Perfect for a food stop in Manhattan - Edit
The vegan choices are quite limited, but I was here with four non-vegans so I needed to make sure that there are non vegan options available.

Relaxed meal with omnis - Edit
Le Pain Quotidien (LPQ) is a chain that offers healthy items, with sufficient vegan items, it a clean setting, ideal for a relaxed meal. Today, I had a (vegan) ancient grain bowl. This particular branch is attractive, though down to earth, with two floors of seating--including both a communal table as well as separate tables.
