Great vegan options - Edit
The app won't let me give more than 4 stars for a non vegetarian restaurant which is understandable because we want to promote vegetarian businesses but I also feel like we should support non vegetarian businesses that are catering to vegans, especially big mainstream chains because they are helping to make vegan food more mainstream and widely accessible. Anyway I felt bad going here because I felt like I was cheating by eating at an Americanish/International chain instead of a local Madrid bakery but this place is so vegan friendly I just had to check it out and I'm really glad I did. They have a lot of vegan lunch options (which I didn't check out because it was breakfast time) and soy milk for coffee/tea which is nice. I went for breakfast and I had the vegan croissant, a whole wheat baguette and a chocolate chip banana muffin. I'm not a big fan of banana muffins but I really wanted a muffin so I got it and it was good! Hopefully they will have rotating muffin options so I can get a chocolate chocolate chip muffin and other yummier flavors in the future. The croissant weirdly had toasted pieces of quinoa on top (just because it's vegan doesn't mean it needs to have quinoa/superfoods! ?) but once I scraped off the quinoa it was soo good! Soft on the inside, flaky on the outside and warm and tasty! The bread was good too. I can't wait to go back and try more things and the lunch options!
Pros: Good vegan selection for a nonvegan place, amazing croissants
Cons: Not completely vegan, Healthy, no chocolate chocolate chip muffins

Nice vegan croissants - Edit
This place advertises its vegan options quite prominently, but we only looked at the bakery rather than the sit-down meal options. We got some vegan croissants to take away, and they were good. There were also four kinds of vegan muffins, all clearly labelled. It's a good spot to pick up some snacks.
