Good choice if with non vegan friends - Edit
It is one of my favourite cafes in Moscow as it's one of the only non vegan cafes that offer soya milk and have vegan options. Not many options but they do exist, which is good if you are meeting non vegan friends who don't like 'that vege stuff'. Our options are soup, hummus, a hummus made from aubergine and a tabbouleh. Once there was a quinoa salad but I haven't seen it again. The food is always very nice, as is the coffee.
Pros: soya milk latte in big mugs , hummus , lovely atmosphere

Ok - Edit
If you really in hurry and don't want to go to special resto, this place is ok. They have many restos in Moscow, so it is easy to check for addresses. There are few vegetarian and vegan options available (ask for "postny" -vegan). Can't say that they have great service. Prices are moderate.

Not really a vegetarian place - Edit
The last time I went to this place the waitresses were gossiping and we had to interrupt them to get a menu. They didn't like this. We left without ordering anything.
Sheer hunger has forced me to eat here a few times and it has a few options but they're not very creative. The main evening menu only has one meat free entree. Quiche. And they want 350 rubles for it.
In many ways it's like any European restaurant. It has a go at catering for vegetarians which is nice but the problem with this place is that the price and the quality don't equate with each other.
They do do a vegan soup of the day but if you are a vegan there's not much else.
Pros: ok food, good pastries, decent coffee
Cons: hugely overpriced, Russian service, bad menu
