Le more please

There are some vegan options, but limited. The quinoa cakes are delicious, though not very filling. I recommend getting a side, like soup. The gazpacho soup is satisfying and surprisingly filling. Unfortunately there are no vegan desserts, and there’s only a vegan blueberry muffin from their pastries.

Pros: Some vegan options, Milk alternatives for coffee drinks

Cons: No vegan desserts , 1 vegan pastry

Always fresh and vegan

Le Pain Quotidien is a successful chain of Belgian cafes that knows the right mix of casual to present with fine quality baked goods, entrees and food in general.

This is a smaller LPQ than most of the other ones, so it might feel a bit cramped, but in this area of Maryland, there are slim pickings for vegans. So, it's comforting to be able to go to LPQ here in the FHeights area. All the menu items that are vegan are clearly marked with a carrot - their daily soup is always vegan! Their breads are almost all vegan! Always check, though!

I also like that they have desserts, and that they are trying to make new baked goods that are vegan (Matcha/ green tea muffin). They have other desserts/ sweets, too, like puddings and fruit.

The entrees and in general, the food can have steep prices. However, I do feel it's worth it, and I hope you will, too!

The folks here are really helpful and nice, as well as patient - they have to be considering some of the clientele in this part of MD!

I would go back anytime I am hungry and in the area - parking can be annoying, but Metro is right there! The price is high, but it's worth it to know it's vegan. The portions can vary, but I felt the salad was huge, along with the bread, so I couldn't finish it, though it was tasty!

The other down side is sometimes when you go, they may not have the items that are vegan (i.e. the baked goods) because they were sold out. They're all good though!!!

Pros: Fresh, Portions are generous, Service friendly

Cons: Parking, Price, Running out of vegan bakery items
