Many vegan options - Edit
This place never disappoints. Plenty of vegan options on the menu and friendly staff. The only thing missing are vegan sweets/desserts.

Good Vegan Lunch near COBRA-ART museum - Edit
In Amstelveen it is hard to find a place that understand what vegan is but since a few months this breakfast-lunch restaurant opened. We took a hummus platter with three different spreads(hummus, beet spread and black been spread) with yes Vegan home made bread & Jerusalem artichoke spread topped with roasted eggplant and bell pepper spread. It was very tasty. The waiters are very friendly. They do have more vegan options. Their daily soup is also vegan.
Pros: tasty, good vegan options, quick
Cons: no vegan sweets
