Nach unserer Erfahrung vegane Gerichte höchstens auf explizite Nachfrage. Sowohl im Mapo Tofu als auch den gebratenen Bohnen (die auf der Speisekarte unter Greens aufgeführt waren) befanden sich Fleischstücke. Auch Reis gab es nur auf Nachfrage, daher können wir es nicht wirklich empfehlen.

Tofu in Casablanca - Edit
Looking for a vegan meal after travelling all day and went to Le Nouveau Dragon. Don’t let the facade put you off, the gentleman in charge was so kind and helpful and happy to make whatever dishes he could work to be vegan. Total understanding of vegan food. We had a fried rice, a tofu dish and an eggplant dish and it was all delicious. In a city that is so meat heavy this is a must go to for a tasty vegan meal.

Their page of veggie options is really just sides of veggies like Bok choy in garlic and broccoli. They do have 2-3 main dishes that have tofu. All the appetizers have meat. Despite the minimal selection, we really enjoyed our meal. We had the soup with tofu, cucumbers in vinegar, mapu tofu, fried tofu. All of it was delicious and just the right amount of food for 4 adults. The total was 350dirham

A lovely experience - Edit
It's a beautiful restaurant with a lovely interior. The portions were a great size and we had no trouble with making it vegan. The dishes felt so much more authentic than what you get in Chinese restaurants in the UK. Highly recommend the aubergine/eggplant.

They can almost make everything vegan for you. Moroccan stuff (who lived before in Belgium) was very helpful. He made sure that our dinner was served completely vegan.

ask for no meat!!!!! - Edit
i got the dupo tofu and green beans but make sure to ask for no meat because mine had huge chunks of beef that weren’t mentioned on the menu. the waiter was super understanding and quickly brought out vegan ones. still a great meal with huge portions!

Delicious authentic Chinese - Edit
Had garlic eggplant, mapo tofu (ask to omit meat) and stir fried vegetable noodles. Delicious food and fun ambiance!
