Delicious food

Delicious Laotian American food. Hot Noodz and Tofu Bahn Mi are my favorite. Menu lists what’s vegan or could be made vegan. Only negative is it’s more oil than I’m used to.

Vegan gem in small town

The vegan options here were above and beyond our expectations. Not only did the menu in person have more vegan options than the one online, but they were delicious and left us quickly finding time to come back to try the other dishes. The staff was knowledgeable and incredibly kind. The decor and outdoor patio was beautiful and welcoming/cozy.

Vegan Friendly

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful on how to veganize menu items, as well as a few options they have. Only criticism would be that there are not an abundance of options, we felt there were multiple items on the menu that could be made vegan friendly easily by just changing a couple things.
Food we had was delicious!
We had the French fries, banh mi with tofu no aioli, and the hot noodz with tofu no egg

Pros: Vegan friendly , Friendly staff, Knowledgeable staff

Cons: Needs more vegan options

Amazing food and drinks

The food and drinks here were amazing. I got the tofu banh mi and it was perfect. We also got soy Thai tea gin drinks that were great.

Very knowledgeable about vegan options!

The staff were super great. Very friendly and gave me tips on which food would taste great veganized. They also have their menu clearly labeled, but it is a small menu to begin with. Unique spot and surprising for Bethel. I had the harvest bowl with tahini and tofu. Great taste though the tofu could be more seasoned.

Pros: Cool vibe , Unique food , Clearly labeled.

Cons: Not too many vegan options

We Love Le Mu!

So far we’ve had 3 fabulous meals from Le Mu. The Hot Noodz are always a hit. Check the specials because one super hot Saturday they had a shredded salad (with shiitake for the vegan option) that really hit the spot! They are fast, yummy, and the portions are big. Be sure to check “no egg” (and if you’re like me “no cilantro”). I really enjoyed the tofu banh mi with vegan aioli, too.

Pros: Vegan and ingredient options even in online order, Made to order- Fresh!

Cons: Limited outdoor seating
