THE FIRST CHOICE FOR A VEGAN IN CANNES! - Edit
I would rate this 5 stars if I could however only 4 stars are allowed for a non-vegetarian restaurant. The owner gives vegans a red-carpet welcome in attitude and the plates he has customized for vegans are great. I have posted a picture of the delicious 6-item sampler - all-vegan- which the other reviews mention. Delicious. For a smaller and less expensive (but still filling and satisfying) lunch item, get the falafel wrap (pretty sure it's always vegan, but check to be sure, as some French restaurants make their wraps with yoghurt; mine came with hummus). They even have 3-4 desserts are vegan and they can serve them as a combo. Be sure to tell them that you are vegan and they will tell you any other items or specials available that day. I went there twice in the two days that I was there... I had been vacationing in the south of France with little luck in the way of vegan options, so when I sat down here with the great service and great fresh selection of food, I almost cried with joy. Oh, I'll be back...

cozy and welcoming - Edit
The owner is very nice and welcoming.
There is only one vegan option on the menu, and it's an assortment of falafel, grape leaf rolls, hummus, salad & tomatoes, tabouleh, tomato rice and pita bread. I liked the variety within that one plate. And it was delicious!
Cons: only one vegan option on the menu

Best Meal in Cannes - Edit
By far the best meal we've had during our 5 day trip in Cannes. This is a family restaurant, and everything is hand-made by the wife. Ingredients are fresh and full of natural flavors. My husband and I shared the six piece vegetarian platter that came with hummus, baba ghanoush, tabbouleh, rice, falafel, stuffed grape leaves and pita bread. The portion was about right for one or good as a small snack for two. We loved it so much that we ordered an additional side of hummus after finishing our first plate. The husband was friendly and welcoming, and he fully explained all the vegetarian options on the menu. Prices were reasonable: total meal with a bottle if sparking water came to 31 euro. Also, there is outdoor seating on a mostly quiet street filled with retail.
