An oasis!

Vietnamese family run restaurant near Conakry’s centre. Clean and nicely decorated. Substantial vegetarian section on their menu with a few vegan options. I had the rice noodles with tofu and vegetables. This was a real tasty treat after being in Guinea a week and living on white rice, fries, and plantain! Some staff speak English and they accept credit cards (unusual for Guinea).

Pros: Tasty vegan meals, Helpful English speaking staff, Credit cards accepted

Not all vegan - Pâtes de Riz Sutees TOFU (rice noodle & stir fried tofu & vegetables) & Tofu à la sauce piquante (tofu & vegetables in mildly spicy tomato sauce) are definitely V at Le Hanoi in Conakry
