Bio bistrot that transitioned to fully vegan in 2021. Uses selected high quality ingredients, serving dishes like buckwheat lasagna with almond and herb béchamel, ravioli with legumes curry filling, Bologna club sandwich, bean hamburger with buckwheat bread and hummus served with potatoes, erbazzone (savory pie) with hazelnut béchamel and spicy vegetables. Also has daily sweet offerings. On weekends offers a "Natural Brunch" with a variety of organic products, vegetables, hummus, and cakes.
