Bio bistrot that transitioned to fully vegan in 2021. Uses selected high quality ingredients, serving dishes like buckwheat lasagna with almond and herb béchamel, ravioli with legumes curry filling, Bologna club sandwich, bean hamburger with buckwheat bread and hummus served with potatoes, erbazzone (savory pie) with hazelnut béchamel and spicy vegetables. Also has daily sweet offerings. On weekends offers a "Natural Brunch" with a variety of organic products, vegetables, hummus, and cakes. Gluten-free options are available but there is a chance of cross contamination so is not suitable for gluten allergies. Open Tue-Fri 12:00-15:00, Fri 19:00-22:00, Sat 10:00-15:00.

Cozy place with a very unique menu highlighting all sorts of ancient and uncommon grains. The menu is basically bread in various forms (e.g. flatbread, hamburgers, sandwiches, pastries). The couple that runs the place is very kind and provided us with exceptional service.

We had their pizza (which was more of a thick flat bread with some tomato sauce on top), their savory pie (some bready triangles covered in a rich cashew sauce), their baked vegetables (very flavorful but swimming in oil), and two of their deserts (the chocolate cake was nice but unremarkable while the chestnut torte was flavorless).
Overall, I’m glad I tried their food but would not necessarily return.

Read morethank you for spending time in our little bistrot. We certainly put passion into what we do and offer. I would just like to point out a few things concerning the menu and the products you tasted. Ours is not a bread-based menu. Our products are based on Mediterranean cuisine, therefore sustainable, seasonal products, ancient grains, legumes, extra virgin olive oil (cultivar: leccino). We only use Italian dried fruit, namely hazelnuts from the Langhe and Sicilian almonds. The béchamel is prepared exclusively with almond milk from Valdibella (neither cashews nor macadamia). We do not use refined sugars but only maple, rice malt, Panela and Rice Amasake (slow release sugars). We also offer Falafel, Farinata, Lasagna, Parmigiana and much more.
We make bread only with dynamized water, wholemeal flour and sourdough. Pizza, savory pie, bread sticks, taralli and other products are not produced in the same way. Each of them has two to three days of leavening. The pizza is not low, it is as it should be, digestible! the same thing is said for the tomato. It's called siccagno! Not acid ! Sweets are just sweet. Not fake creams that nature doesn't provide us, not fake chocolate but only that of Modica I could go on but the truth is that perhaps you were expecting something much more Standard... Unfortunately we are not able to serve dishes created for the masses. I hope she could have recovered from the gastronomic disappointment in some other vegan restaurant.

We wanted to make it to Le Golose Imperfezioni at least once during our stay in Como, and I'm so happy that we did! The café/bakery is open from 12-3pm on weekdays, and we just happened to be in the area around lunchtime. They offer takeaway as well as dining in, and we chose to sit on one of the tables outside. The staff were incredibly helpful and explained the menu to us. We ordered a vegan club sandwich and 'il duo perfetto' (savoury vegan croissants) and everything was very tasty! They also offer a variety of vegan coffees and cakes.

Read moreI had a few yummy breadsticks made from ancient grains, a beautiful plate with a dome of millet with a green sauce of erbette (not sure what the exact translation is in english here but Italian greens), dandelions, cimette di rapa (turnip greens / leaves ) and a vegan bechamel sauce that had miso in it and a walnut on top which was prepared in a special way 🌿
I also had a soft & rich vegan chocolate dessert ✨ So gooood. I will add pictures. Loved it all!
Please note - it's only open at lunch times. But it's definitely worth a trip, everything was so tasty, interesting & the place is charming. 10 stars!

I have constantly dreamed about the vegan pizza since our (all too brief) visit to Como. The crust was an amazingly flavorful artisan mix of "ancient grains," and the sauce and vegetables were seasoned to perfection (so they didn't dominate the unique flavors of the grains). I also had a slice of incredible chocolate cake. It was rich and deliciously decadent with a creamy, fudge-like texture.

The nicest place in Como by far. Staff is friendly, speak English but don't switch automatically which is really nice for a foreigner trying to learn Italian like myself. Had the nicest cappuccino in town there. Was looking forward to trying a chocolate cake but on the day I went it was sold out. Good sign though that everything is fresh and I enjoyed the surprise element of not having the same things every day. Also made me try another cake with perfect taste of cacao and hazelnut, finally something not too sweet and good texture. The bakery is open meaning you can see them at work from your table. Lots of (cooking)books to read and a big long table to meet people. 10/10 and looking forward to my next Como visit to be able to go back here😄

Delicious dish of the day parmigiana with vegan cheese. Vegan pizza and bread. Very nice place with good atmosphere. Owner very happy to explain what’s vegan which is most of it.
