Curry fries, good WiFi, and live music - Edit
This spot is a total vibe. Dinner rush is around 11. Some of the best Maracuya juice on the island. The curry fries are labeled as vegetarian but they are vegan. Bit inconsistent as they were noticeably different the two times I ordered them, but still delicious both times. The staff are really friendly and let me hunker down for a day of work with their WiFi.

Great find after a long search - Edit
The staff were instantly welcoming and were very knowledgeable about vegan food explaining that the curry sauce was vegan as it was made with coconut milk.
