Great flammkuchen in a very special building - Edit
Tonight we had a very nice dinner at Le Feu, even though our reservation was accidently listed for the wrong date. We had two flammküchen to share with the three of us, so we have to come back to taste some of the other vegan options. We had a sweet flammkuchen for dessert which was actually as large as the main dish ones!

Very friendly staff, lots of choices of tartes that have vegan options. They even put very good vegan cheese on it (it's not even advertised). I highly recommend the classic options, but I also had the "Indian" (Mumbai I think) pie that has mango, peanut and curry. It's definitely a new taste.

Wir waren im le Feu essen. Wir haben das Menü-Angebot „Tour le monde“ gewählt - Flammkichen bis der Arzt kommt! Wir haben vier vegane Flammkuchen gekostet, alle super lecker! Die beste war aber definitiv Theriyaki! Für einen süßen waren wir jedoch viel zu satt (sie hätten uns aber sogar noch n kleineren gemacht). Insgesamt toll deklarierte Karte, vegetarische sind gekennzeichnet mit dem vermerkt Vegan möglich. Nice to have: gegen Aufpreis auch alle mit Dinkelteig wählbar. Zum Abschluss gab’s noch n geilen Cappucino mit Hafermilch 🫶🏻

Best Flammkuchen I had so far - Edit
I've had a few Flammkuchen before and after going vegan but this one was the best. It was super thin and crispy, the vegan cheese was stretchy and creamy like cow cheese, the vegan bacon was good too.

Just make sure to specify that you want the meat-free Flammkuchen you choose to be made vegan. Otherwise the cheese and cream are just vegetarian.

We've never eaten Flammkuchen other than here and the branch in Celle so can't make a comparison but we were very happy with the food (and cocktails!) here so had 4 evening meals here out of 6 during our stay in Quedlinburg in September. Plenty for vegans.

Situated in a cobblestoned medieval yard, this gem of a restaurant offers a very good variety of tasty vegan flamkuchen. There are both sweet and savory options here as well as a healthy looking bowl. I had the potato flamkuchen and it was delicious. I could imagine that it would be nice to sit outside in summer. Inside was warm and spacious with that impressive architecture you find in medieval buildings and the ceiling was very pretty. The service was friendly, fast and competent.

Preise um 9-10 Euro je Stück, all so CAN eat für 18,50 € möglich. Kleinere Variante für -2 EUR zum Normalpreis möglich.
