My Favourite Vegan place in Paris - Edit
I knew about this place before we even hit Paris.....being both a Vegan and a Geek, it was sort of a must stop place for me.
Turns out, we loved it so much we went there a few times on our stay.
Not far from Chatelet Metro, its a cozy space with a really cool vibe. The staff are lovely (one even took us on a tour of the basement even tho it was closed) and really helpful....even when I questioned them about the vegan cheese tasting like dairy, they bought out the packaging for me to ease my freak out!!(it doesn't taste like that in Australia!!)
The beer is cold, and has a great selection, and the food, of course, is to die for.....good pub food Vegan style.
Put this on your "Must Do" list while you are in Paris :)

Not a life-changing food experience - but a great place - Edit
The geeky atmosphere is something that makes you feel at home at once, together with the quick and friendly service. The menu offers a fair choice of vegetarian foods - a couple of salads, nachos, two mezze dishes made for sharing, a huge vegan hot-dog, and quite a few vegan desserts. We had the nachos, the "Dagon's Feast" vegan dish (a must-eat for all Lovecraft geeks out there) and some Lebanese bread: the portions were more than satisfactory, but I have to admit the bread could have tasted better (but in all honesty it was past 9 pm so I couldn't expect an out-of-the-oven experience) and the mezze were good but not incredibly tasty. However, kudos to the owners for offering such a choice, which is almost never the case in non-veg* restaurants in Paris.
Pros: Fair choice of veg* options, Friendly service, Close to Les Halles

Huge veggie dog - Edit
Wow. I'm don't know the metric system so well. I knew 42 cm had to be big. But a 1 1/2 foot long veggie dog. It was pretty tasty. Could have used more condiments.
Service was excellent. Quick and attentive even though they were packed.
Pros: Good value, Friendly staff, fun bar atmosphere
Cons: limited veg options

Good place, a bit expensive for what you get - Edit
Going there a lot about once a month, even rented one of the rooms for my birthday 3 years ago (organization was a bit difficult then, I asked for a veggie option and they forgot, had to ask again when I was there and they made do with a few veggie onigiri but there was not enough food.. but it was the beginning, now in 2016 they are better prepared for veggie options). This place is always busy so go there during the day if you don't like too much noise. The geek references and ambiance is just great, you can play with board games for free. Veggie options are nice, a bit pricey for what you get though (hotdogs, potatoes and stuff so not healthy). Service is sometimes the best, sometimes the worst, waiter and barmans are changing all the time so beware.
Pros: Veggie options, The geek ambiance, Free board games
Cons: Service , Crowded, Not healthy

Vegan Geek Heaven - Edit
as a geek and a vegan, I was blown away by this place. Went there with my vegan geek girlfriend and we weren't dissapointed. Fun cocktails, supernice themed place (firefly references on the toilets?awesome!). I had a 42cm vegan hotdog with vegan cheese. It was huge but very good. My gf had a vegan burrito called El Mariachi. Both were delicious. While waiting for the food (which didn't take long) we enjoyed some short boardgames that were free to use. If you're a geek and veggie/vegan/carnivore, it's worth checking out! It can be a bit busy, though.
Also! It had a very informative list for all the food alllergies on the menu!
