Limited vegan option(s) - Edit
I tasted vegan bagette of untratitional combination of ingrediedients of aged vegan cheese with strawberry jam. Definitely not healthy, but tastes interesting.

The vegan hummus filled bun is an okay option if you're in a rush and planning to eat on the train. It's decently sized and filling. The tofu filled one tastes quite boring though.
Read moreThere are two vegan muffins - a chocolate and cherry one and one with blueberries. Both are good but very very sweet and one can notice the "industrial" production.
Staff is usually very friendly and informed me in January 2023 that a vegan chocolate croissant would be available soon.

They have muffins and different vegan sandwiches. I mostly get the blueberry or chocolate muffin, but the sandwiches are good as well!

They offer two different vegan muffins, chocolate-cherry and blueberry. Quite good for a quick snack, since vegan sweet snacks are very rare in Linz.
