A useful vegan option - Edit
I only saw one vegan option, which was a hummus and veggie baguette but it hit the spot. The staff were friendly and after going through a long spiel in German, very happily went through the whole thing again in English.

Consider it last chance - Edit
If you're travelling & don't have the option to provide yourself some snacks or a lunch, consider this a last chance.
Read moreOn a monday morning they had two savoury & two sweet vegan options, which were basically the same (baguette baguette & muffin muffin). It's pricey, but on the other hand what isn't at a train station? The Basil Tofu Baguette tasted pretty boring & didn't do its job in appeasing hunger.
But the worst part was the cashier, who answered my friendly request of "I would like ..." with "WOULD you like or do you WANT this, because we don't serve indecisive customers" & many more side blows in a 2min conversation.
Stay away if possible.

My favourite travel food - Edit
I always get the dark bread with basil tofu and tomatoes and it’s delicious. Unfortunately it’s a little expensive in my opinion, over 4€ but I can never resist. They also have a very good chocolate cherry muffin and vegan milk for hot drinks. Their staff is friendly and attentive

nice to grab a snack at the train station! - Edit
They offer two vegan muffin options, a blueberry and a chocolate-cherry one. Both are a bit small, but very tasty! The sandwiches are okay, the tofu sandwich is a bit dry but i always enjoy the hummus one!

No sandwiches - Edit
Sadly they didn't have any vegan sandwiches when we were there (10 am). But maybe this is just due to the current COVID situation. We had vegan muffins instead, which were delicious.

Few options, but nice to have at the train station - Edit
2020/07/24: They also have vegan muffins.
Read more2019/03/24: Depending on the time of the day and also on pure luck, this bakery might not have any veg options. I was there on a Sunday in the afternoon and got their last vegan tofu basil & tomato baguette (finlandaise), which was nice, considering that almost everything was sold out. The taste was good, but nothing special.
Pros: Very nice staff

So good!!! - Edit
I loved the sandwich with tomato, tofu and basil! It is really tasty and affordable, I personally found it very cheap for Innsbruck standards. The bread is different, dark, soft and so good! They also have a wonderful muffin, chocolate with cherry "cream" inside (I dunno how to call it lol). And it costs only 2€. The only sad thing is that, they work untill 5 pm (I work untill 7 pm, sometimes 8 pm), but this is totally understandable because they open it at 5 am. To bring them (the options) in a trip or without time to eat lunch, specially when you are in a hurry, is simply perfect. And the staff is very friendly. Now I know that they have a new vegan sandwich, but I didn't try it yet. Highly recommended!
